What makes a NourishDeep Retreat unique?

A NourishDeep retreat is a holistic experience which combines the wisdom of East and West modalities in a way that empowers and nourishes women individually and in community. All retreats include mindful reflection, restorative movement, meditation, acupuncture/Reiki, a neuroscience approach, creativity, and ritual– guiding women back to their core nature.
